Our Service Delivery Model

Our model begins with a true single point-of-contact for both the relocating employee and the client.

Relocating employee

RELONAT realizes the importance of assigning one counselor to deliver all services and to guide the employee through the entire relocation process.  The counselor’s role is to establish a good working relationship with the transferred family and provide support and advice throughout each phase of the relocation thereby building a strong rapport with the  family and enabling both parties to communicate more effectively.

Our counselors have an average 13+ years of industry experience and are completely familiar with the complexities of relocation - inter-provincially or around the world.  Their advice, support and ability to anticipate needs help guarantee a smoother relocation.

"The services offered by RELONAT were extraordinary.

It goes without saying that this relocation was one of the easiest in my career.  All thanks to [Name of Consultant]."

"May I take this opportunity to thank you for all the many ways you have assisted me through this process. Your calm voice and demeanour when I first spoke with you in Victoria was like an oasis in the desert! My life at that precise moment had been turned quite upside down and it as as if you gently turned it rightside up and steadied it. I appreciate your professionalism, your attention to detail, and your seemingly unending patience…”

An account manager is assigned to work with our clients as their single point-of-contact.  This personable, bilingual, and knowledgeable professional oversees the day-to-day management of your programs, meets with you on a regular basis to keep you up-to-date on industry trends and recommends best practices, cost savings or any program enhancements.

"On behalf of [Crown Corporation], many thanks for your recent intervention in the file. It proved to be a challenging if not perplexing situation, however, your involvement helped bring this matter to a satisfactory close. I very much appreciated your prompt and professional demeanour as well as timely advice. Many thanks!"
